Tohu Wines has announced the appointment of the company’s new CEO, Michael Brown.
Leaving his position at Waimea Estate as General Manager and Winemaker, Mr. Brown has played an integral role in the Nelson based wine company’s successful growth, accolades and awards for its range of wines.
Mr. Brown has previously been employed as a winemaker in France, Spain and Mendoza. He has also had extensive experience working for wineries based in New Zealand, Australia, USA and Chile.
With a strong international and domestic background in management of wine companies, Mr. Brown’s knowledge and accomplishments will be a great asset to Tohu Wines. “Mike brings a great deal of experience and mana with him and we are thrilled that he chose to share these talents with Tohu” states Director of Tohu Wines, Keith Palmer.
Mr. Brown is due to take up his appointment later this year.
