
Tohu has once again proven it produces some of New Zealand's best wines. In the latest issue of Cuisine Magazine, the Tohu Gisborne 2007 Chardonnay has been awarded 5 stars and top 10 placement (7th). Judge's comments about the wine included:
"Fresh cool edge, lent purity and elegance to this gently textured wine with generous helpings of grain and stone fruit flavours. Open a bottle to have with creamed veal escalopes" ...sounds like a match made in heaven!
