5 Stars from Michael Cooper 01 Feb 2008

The Tohu Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2007 only gets better and better as it was recently awarded 5 Stars in Winestate Magazine. Reviewed by one of New Zealand's most prominent and well respected wine judges, Michael Cooper the wine was described by Mr. Cooper as:

"Punchy, rich wine with real presence in the mouth. An array of passionfruit, gooseberry and lime flavours, fresh, very skilfully balanced, vibrant and aromatic."

Not to be out shone, during the same tasting the Tohu Mugwi Sauvignon Blanc 2007 received 4 stars,

"Ripely scented, smooth and generous, with delicate gooseberry and passionfruit flavours and fresh underlying acidity."

It goes without saying 2007 has been a tremendously successful year for Tohu Sauvignon Blanc.
